Last night we had the pleasure of welcoming guests to the House of Lords for an event in partnership with Keltbray Group, hosted by Lord Rupert Redesdale. We have been working with Keltbray for over 30 years and in that time we have built a close working relationship and tackled some incredibly complicated urban projects. Some of the most notable challenges and innovative solutions include facilitating and undertaking an archaeological excavation within a basement at 8-10 Moorgate and collaborating on the excavation and spoil removal necessary for the major archaeological works at the Deptford Royal Dockyard.
Looking to the future, we see a new set of challenges facing the archaeology and constructions sectors: addressing skills shortage through training; developing a more diverse and representative workforce; transforming methods with technology and delivering legacies through our work, whether that be sharing knowledge or delivering sustainable projects. Here’s a glimpse of how MOLA and Keltbray are developing our teams to meet the challenges of the future.
