Public talks and tours
Our public talks and tours raise awareness about archaeological discoveries and your wider project...
We offer in-person talks and tours suitable for local groups, as well as webinars and virtual tours accessible to audiences further afield or with limited mobility.
Our public talks and tours are a chance to interact directly with the public and key stakeholders. They are a tried and tested way of sharing the results of our excavations and research, which can provide:
- a highly tailored experience to meet the needs of specific audience groups - enabling more inclusive public engagement.
- an opportunity to build understanding about our processes and the results of our work - maintaining the confidence of local stakeholders.
- a controlled forum for discussing challenging topics - helping to address concerns or disputes around a project.
We always deliver our public talks and tours with the wellbeing of participants in mind. This includes producing risk assessments, providing guidance, and moderating conversations – ensuring we create safe and accessible spaces for discussion.
