Led by one of our expert archaeologists, discover the archaeology of this fascinating area of Thames foreshore. Learn about how an area of marshes and islands became the entertainment centre of Tudor London. Seek out evidence of 19th century industry including a hydraulic power station. Find out about public transport on the Thames in days gone by.

Please be aware that this event involves walking across uneven and muddy ground.  It is  not suitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties.
