Time Team expert to present MOLA's archaeological findings from Angel Street, Northampton.
Ancient pottery, jewellery and ongoing archaeological work are just some of the things which will be on show at two open days, following the excavation of the Angel Street car park, site for the Northamptonshire County Council’s new headquarters.
Archaeologists from the MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) have been excavating the site since January and some of their main findings will be on display this week.
Local post-Roman pottery expert, Paul Blinkhorn, who featured regularly on Channel 4’s Time Team will be on hand to present some of the findings and talk through their significance.
